Where does Veriazione ship?
Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States only.
How fast will my order arrive?
Orders are handled in 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 4–6 business days after that.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is a flat rate of $7.50 for orders under $105.50, and free for orders of $105.51 or more.
Can I track my package?
Yes — every order includes access to our built-in tracking system, plus we'll email you a tracking link the moment your order ships.
What if my package is late or missing?
Email info@veriazione.shop or call +1 212-595-8080 with your order number and we'll chase it down with the carrier.
How long do I have to return something?
30 days from the delivery date.
Do I pay for return shipping?
No — Variazioni covers it. Submit your return through our Return Center page, and we'll send a free prepaid shipping label to your email. No return shipping cost, no restocking fee.
What if my item is damaged or wrong?
Email us within 48 hours with photos and we'll send a free replacement or exchange.
When will I get my refund?
Within 7 business days of us receiving and checking your returned item, back to your original payment method.
